Basket Making - This Trunk contains information about Native American basket making tribes from various regions of the United States and material for each student to create a coil basket. (Grades 4-6)
Print Making - This trunk contains information on Japanese woodblock printmaking techniques. The materials for students to create their own Styrofoam relief prints are included. (Grades K-6)
Color Mixing - This trunk contains information on contemporary American art and the use of color. There are materials for students to practice color mixing and to create an individual painting. (Grades K-3)
Found Object Sculpture - This trunk contains all the materials needed for your class to create a found object sculpture as well as information on a variety of Mississippi artists. (Grades 3-6)
Platemaking - This trunk contains all the materials needed for students to create individual painted plate designs. It also contains information on Mississippi artists and their plate designing techniques. (Grades 3-6)
Mississippi Artists - This trunk contains materials for students to paint in the style of Marie Hull, to create pottery in the style of George Ohr, and to decorate plates in the style of Walter Anderson. (Grades 3-6)
