CALLING ALL ART LOVERS! This year’s art-themed Very Special Arts Festival is designed to provide students with developmental disabilities a morning of fun and FREE hands-on craft projects, musical activities and interactive games. This festive arts experience is supported by Junior Auxiliary of Laurel, the Laurel Arts League, the Charles Owens Memorial Education Fund, and the City of Laurel.
